Mamma Mia - Here we ‘Go Beyond’ again

You Had a Dream – it was Mamma Mia. The 2008 musical film, set on a Greek island to the music of Abba, was a huge success. Over the years, our guests have told us how much they love this film and begging “Hey Go Beyond, Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! a ‘Mamma Mia’ themed holiday!”

So, we are pleased to announce that the wait is finally over. We hope that this ‘all singing and dancing’ holiday is exactly what you’ve been looking for.

The ‘Super Trouper’ itinerary begins up in the Greek mountains in Chania Pelion, where our hotel is based, The Manthos Mountain Resort and Spa. This luxurious hotel will give us the space we need to practise our Abba moves because, with help from a professional dance teacher, we will actually be singing and recreating scenes from the famous film!

This will be over the first two days which will also include visits to the hotel spa and pool (of course!).

The middle part of the holiday will take us by ferry to Skolopos, the island where many of the well-known scenes from the film took place. We will be taken on a Mamma Mia guided tour of the island, visiting the locations so beloved by Abba fans. Then, we’ve an overnight stay at the Regina Hotel on the island, waking up to the glittering spectacle of the Aegean Sea.

The final two days will be spent dancing out more Mamma Mia favourites with a visit to Damouchari Beach, where one of the most famous scenes was shot. Why don’t you ‘Take a Chance on Us’ for this unique holiday?

At the top of a mountain, surrounded by green fir trees, overlooking the Pagasetic Gulf, lies the luxurious Manthos Resort and Spa.

We will be looked after here by the warm and friendly staff for our whole time accept one night, where we ill be staying at The Regina Hotel on the island of Skolopos.

We will be looked after by the restaurant at the Manthos Hotel. The hotel has a fantastic menu with traditional Greek food, but please, don’t break any plates!

We will meet at a London airport and you will be supported on the flight to Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia in Greece.

Our mini-buses will take you on the 3 hour drive to the accommodation, with stops along the way.

Your holiday will include the following:

• 7 night, full board accommodation.
• All entrance fees to all activities and sites.
• Airport transfers and transport in and around Greece.
• Return flight from London to Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia Airportaccompanied and supported by our Go Beyond team.
• A ratio of 2 guests to 1 Go Beyond support staff member.
