The Scandinavian country of Finland, next to Sweden, is a land famous for it’s lakes, clean air and for being the happiest country in the world.
As the autumn takes it’s grip, why don’t you join us on what will be a cosy and fresh new experience.
We will be based in Inkoo, deep in the forests and lakes, on the coast, half an hour away from Helsinki in a country Finnish villa by the sea.
On our Scandinavian visit we will be taking a boat trip out from Helsinki to see the islands and a guided tour of the fortress of Suomenlinna.
A guided tour of the capital, Helsinki, a Baltic sea kayaking experience, spend some time in the city of Turku, visiting it’s castle, and finally take a day trip by ferry across to Tallin, the capital of Estonia.
This will be something different to add to your catalogue of countries visited and will probably leave you wanting a return trip.
Peace and quiet can be found in one of the most remarkable southern Finland towns where you can combine the ocean breeze with the tranquil country side.
In this lovely old villa you can enjoy the vast garden with apple and plum trees and the back yard opening to the field as far as the eye can see.
We will be fully catered for by our very own Go Beyond Chef.
We will meet at London Stansted Airport and you will be supported on the flight to Helsinki Airport in Finland.
Our mini-buses will take you on the 1 hour drive from the airport to our villa.
We will enjoy tasty breakfasts, healthy picnics for lunch and hearty dinners in the evenings, a balanced menu catering to your dietary requirements.
Your holiday will include the following:
